​Meeting Public Comment Policy - This public body adopts a rule imposing individual time limits for members of the public addressing the public body to 3 minutes a person. Groups are encouraged to designate one individual to speak on their behalf to avoid cumulative comments. The chairperson of the public body shall be the one to call in order of the public to speak. Members of the public will address the board by coming forward and standing at the board to address the public body. While board members may choose to respond at this time, it is not the expectation. All comments will be documented and referred to the appropriate person to follow up later, if a response is needed.
